Initiate Your Request
Log into your Trango account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
